How much can a membership save me?

To get maximum value from our memberships, we encourage members to swap every 3 months or so. This not only means you get better savings, but it falls neatly into seasonal change!

For example one of our customers has saved £999 in a year through swapping every few months (she ended up renting 52 pieces in a year!).

How much does it cost?

Can I use my membership for more than one kid?

Yes! We’ve got you covered! We can offer a membership that covers all your kids with loads of flexibility. With our bespoke membership, you can enjoy a tailor-made plan with credits that suit your needs, no matter how many kids you have. Order any combination of sizes, mix, and match to your heart's content! Just message us, and let's discuss the perfect plan for you and your little ones.

n.b. monthly plan members, can add more than 200 credits once they've been with us for at least 3 months. Alternatively, you can make an upfront payment to access more credits right away!

How do credits work?

Refresh your wardrobe effortlessly with our credit-based system. Depending on your membership, you'll have various credit amounts to play with. Spend those credits on your favourite clothes; return items to release credits to spend again.

How to Spend Credits:

Select from "brand new," "gently worn," or "well-loved" items to suit your preferences.

Optimise your value by using all your credits.

Unused Credits:

Don't worry about unused credits; they stay safe in your account until you're ready to use them. We recommend making the most of your membership by utilising as many as possible.

TOP TIP: use the credit filter to make sure you have used as many credits as possible.

Can I have more credits?

Yes. You can either upgrade to a larger subscription OR we can add a bespoke amount of extra credits, to an existing account.

Additional credits will be charged according to the plan which you have chosen. For example for a quarterly plan, charged at £50/quarter, an additional 10 credits will cost £5/quarter, bringing your quarterly cost to £55.
