At thelittleloop, we make it our mission to only partner with the brands who are doing it right. Who are ethical and sustainable to the core. Who pay fair wages to their garment workers, use sustainably-grown fabrics, and who produce styles designed to last longer than just one season. So when you rent with us, you can rest safe in the knowledge that there is no better way to dress your children. And in partnering with us they’re demonstrating their commitment to a future without clothing waste…which we think is a pretty big deal!
Our brand requirements
Our brands are partners, not suppliers
Instead of wholesaling stock, we partner with our brands. Garments are owned by the brands who take a share of the their rental earnings. Within this model, the longer a garment is able to be rented for, the more revenue a brand will receive for it; making it a system which encourages and rewards brands for quality and durability.
We talk about both physical and emotional durability at thelittleloop. We love brands who not only build incredible quality into their clothes but who also design them for long lasting appeal.
How brands use our data
Partnering with our brands also means that we are able to feedback to them information on how their garments performed and ways in which they could be made to be even more durable!
This data is extremely valuable for brands who care about their sustainability and is something they don't get from linear models of consumption (i.e. buying and owning). Just another reason why we love circularity!
