Our Rental Service ends on 1st March.
Here’s what you need to do.
If you have an active rental subscription with thelittleloop it will end on March 1st 2025. Before that date all clothing items should be removed from your closet in order for us to be able to end your subscription payments.
You have two options for this.
Purchase some or all of the clothes you have at home (we will apply a 15% discount if you purchase your entire closet).
Return the clothes you no longer want (free postage)
You have been sent an email (please check your junk mail). Simply reply to that email with your preferred choice ASAP and ideally before 31st January. We will then walk you through the next steps.

When do I need to end my subscription by?
Your subscription should be cancelled by the 1st of March at the latest. So you will need to have returned or purchased your items by your last renewal date before 1st March to enable us to cancel you on time.
e.g. if you subscription renews on 26th of the month please ensure you have purchased your items, or returned them to arrive with us before 26th February.
If you think you will be unable to return your items on time please just let us know in your email reply and we will endeavour to find a solution.
Can I place a swap order before then?
Sadly no. All swaps have now been stopped to ensure that everyone has the chance to send their items back to us in good time and avoid any unwanted late fees.
If you have recently placed a swap order which you have not yet received look out for an email explaining what to do.
How can I purchase my items and how much for?
If you would like to purchase any or all of the clothes in your closet please let us know in your email reply. We will then send you an obligation free, itemised quote for the items in your closet.
The pricing will be based upon the resale value of the clothes and will be as fair and as low as possible. Plus, if you choose to purchase your entire closet we will apply a 15% discount to the sale total.
n.b. Your purchases will be transferred to your trade-in closet on thelittleloop so you can return them for credit when you no longer need them.
How do I return my clothes?
To return items and end your subscription payments please follow the steps below:
Go to the ‘Your closet’ section of your online account and announce all your items, then place a return order. Postage will be free.
You’ll receive an email to create your personalised return label and select your preferred collection method.
Pack your clothes into any clean dry packaging and return the parcel to us. You may keep your Cotton Bag as a gift from us!
Once we receive and process your return, we will notify you and - if all items are accounted for - cancel your account.
N.B We do strive to process returns as soon as they reach us from Royal Mail. Generally, returns take 3-7 business days for delivery and processing. Please leave plenty of time before your renewal date. And, if you haven't heard from us in 7 business days, feel free to give us a nudge!
Why do I have to return or purchase my clothes? Can’t I just keep them?
You do not own the clothing which you are renting - it belongs to our brand partners. We therefore require you to purchase or return the items to ensure that you remain within the terms and conditions of your rental agreement. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
We will always be fair and use our discretion. If you have had items at home for a long time without swapping them, we may be able to reduce or write off the value of those items. Please request a quote to find out more.
What happens if I’ve lost or damaged some of my items?
Don't worry; it happens to the best of us! If you've misplaced or damaged an item just let us know in your email reply.
We'll simply charge you the item's value and remove it from your account as we would if you were purchasing it.
