thelittleloop is a shop for second-hand items either donated by you, clearance stock from our partnered brands or from the rental side of our business.

Items sold from rental will be items which have reached their maximum rental lifespan. Selling them, at a fraction of their RRP, allows us to give them one more life.

Occasionally we will sell newer items - sometimes brand new - to ensure that they are being worn and loved rather than sitting in our warehouse.

Our clothes are priced according to their condition.

Brand New: Never used and has no flaws.

Excellent Condition: Barely used with no imperfections or flaws.

Very Good Condition: Used a few times, but looks great. Occasionally these items have slight defects, which are clearly shown and mentioned in the listing and/or photographs.

Good Condition: Used frequently but still in good overall state. May have some signs of wear or defects, which are clearly shown and mentioned in the listing and/or photographs.

Satisfactory Condition: Used a lot and looks more worn (faded or bobbled). May have have more significant defects, which are clearly shown and mentioned in the listing and/or photographs.

n.b. we professionally steam sanitise all pre-worn garments before we send them to a new home.

We focus on photographing marks or defects on affected items to ensure the best value. While we can't capture every item individually, we display the original listing image and provide a comprehensive condition scale (refer to the details above) to give you a clear idea of what to anticipate. We have a very strict QC process, and although we believe you'll be pleased with your clothes, we do accept returns (see below) should you have any concerns.

If something is not quite right or doesn’t work than please don’t worry. We will offer a refund if you tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you want to cancel your order (please email us on hello@thelittleloop.com).

You have 14 days to return the goods to us in the condition which you received them.

We are not able to cover the cost of returns.
