What happens if I stain or damage the items?
No worries! Your membership includes insurance for stains and reasonable wear and tear, like pulled seams or lost buttons. It also covers wear through the knees and elbows if the garment is of an age where that might be expected (around about 1 years old). Not sure if you’re covered? No worries, just message us and we’ll check for you.
What doesn't my insurance cover?
Significant damage, lost items, and theft are not covered by our insurance.
If, unfortunately, significant damage occurs to an item, it may need to be taken out of circulation for repair or permanently. In such cases, we do apply a charge to cover the cost. However, rest assured, this charge is far less than buying the item brand new. Plus, you can then choose to re-rent something else instead. The charge is calculated based on the retail price and rental duration to ensure fairness.

Help, I've lost an item
Don't worry; it happens to the best of us! If you've misplaced an item, we'll simply charge you the item's residual value and remove it from your account. The good news is that you'll now have those credits available to spend on something else from our fantastic collection.
The residual value is calculated based on the retail price and the duration it has been rented. If, by any chance, the lost item miraculously reappears within the next few days, just give us a heads-up, and we'll happily arrange a refund once it's returned.

Can I label the clothes for school or nursery?
Yes, please! Use laundry-proof stickers or sew-in nametapes that can be removed when needed.
How should I care for the clothes?
Wash at 30º with the right detergent dose. Skip the tumble drying and let them air dry – it's better for the clothes and the planet. And remember, insurance has your back for those inevitable messy moments.

Is it hygienic?
Absolutely! Your peace of mind is our priority. Our brand-new clothes are fresh out of the package, while pre-loved items are professionally cleaned, dried, and steamed between rentals.
What do the clothing categories mean?
thelittleloop is all about sustainability, so we want to give clothes the longest life possible to reduce their carbon and water footprint. To help with this we’ve created thelittleloop pricing scale where our clothes are priced according to their condition. That way you spend fewer credits on a pre-worn item than something which is brand new.
You can choose which you prefer, safe in the knowledge that our strict Quality Control, and the amazing quality of our brands, means every garment you get will be beautiful.
Brand Spanking New:
Brand new. Never worn before. Usually still with its tags.
Gently Worn:
Good to very good used condition. Some light wear and possible colour fade. Discreet barely there marks and repairs.
Well loved:
'Play-clothes' used condition. May have some light marks or bobbling. No un-repaired damage.
